Descrierea mai putin conventionala, dar mai fidela, ar fi: idealist, efervescent, in cautare de sine, experiente si adevar :) I'm a well-rounded finance professional (and social entrepreneur) – ACCA and MENSA member and possessor of a double bachelor degree in finance (diversity is also backed-up by solid expertise) - with more than 12 years of experience in all fields of finance. I am proficient in accounting, reporting, budgeting, auditing, business analysis, control environment, taxes and most recently - valuations/M&A, but also possess solid people management experience (over 9 years). I have worked for leading multinational companies - PwC, Vodafone, Danone, A&D Pharma- where I was in charge of large projects (Indygen, M&A, subsidiaries integration, equipment installment model)/clients (CFR, Praktiker, Metro, Philip Morris etc), but also tried the entrepreneurial path, enriching my outlook on the business world. I’m smart, fun to work with and have great moral and work ethics.
