This document regulates the conditions for access and use of the platform www.startarium.ro (hereinafter referred to as 'platform') by users, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties derived from accessing and using the platform. The platform can only be used if you previously accept these T & C.
If you do not agree with any of the provisions of this document, please cease any access / use of the platform and, as if not to create / delete the created user account.
The following terms used in this document will have the following meaning (except in which they are manifestly used in a different sense):

This document is considered to be understood and accepted without reservations by checking the heading 'agree to the terms and conditions' and 'we have become aware of the privacy policy' in the Sign-up Procedure / Sign in the Creation of the User Account. T & C can be amended unilaterally by the association, a user being notified of such a change by notification within the platform. In such a situation, the user will be able to continue using the platform, accepting beforehand by checking the appropriate heading, the new T & C.
Creating the user account is mandatory for using the platform. To create it, the user will provide all the data and information requested in the registration procedure. The association does not oblige any person to provide such data and information, but reserves the right that in the absence of the requested information does not allow the opening of the user account and not allowing access to and use the platform.
The user is required to provide only real data and information and, in particular, not to provide identification data that do not belong to it (for example, not use a name, email address or a phone number belonging to another person). The Association reserves the right to verify the verification of data and information provided by users in the user account creation procedure, as well as the right to refuse opening a user account if the information provided is unreal, or as appropriate to suspend or close such an account .
At the same time, the user understands and accepts that it is exclusively and fully responsible for the information provided in the procedure for creating the user account, both compared to the association and to any other third party that may be prejudiced.
The user account is personal. The user undertakes not to transfer (temporarily or permanently, free or onerously) the right use of the platform or user account no third party, and keep the confidentiality of access data in the platform (Username and password).
The user is exclusively and fully responsible for any activity in the platform through the UTList Account, as well as for any damage caused as a result of its use both by it and by third parties. The user undertakes that if the user account security was compromised to immediately notify the association.
The platform is created and can be used for the purpose of accessing new information and knowledge in the start-up and entrepreneurship, for networking and mentoring, as well as to obtain 'crowdfunding' funding. Any use of the platform outside its goal and / or out of the law is not permitted.
The Association gives the user a right to use the platform for an indefinite period of time, starting with the time of creation of the user account, subject to compliance with the present T & C and the applicable legislation. The right of use may be limited, suspended or by withdrawn by the Association at any time without prior notice of the user.
As a rule, the right of use will be withdrawn in situations such as: the user violates his obligations imposed by the present T & C and / or by law; The user uses the bad faith platform, producing or there is a risk to harm the association or other third parties; The UTLISTOR COME or the Association considers that the user intends to commit any fraud on the platform; The user is inactive for more than one year; The association decides to suspend or close the platform, or as the case may be transformed into a different purpose platform.
The user understands and accepts that the use of the platform is free, but that the use of certain functions of the platform can only be allowed for a fee.
Deleting the user account can be done through the existing option within the platform (user profile) or by contacting the association.
Users confer on the association the right to keep the results of the use of the platform in its database, even after its uninstall. However, after uninstalling the platform, the user may ask the association anonymizing and / or deleting personal data collected and stored through the platform during its use.
To the extent that you decide to delete the user account, the platform will no longer be accessed and used.
Users undertake to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with the legislation in force and of this document and only in agreement with the purpose defined by T & C.

As a result of the infringement of any of the prohibitions provided for in this document, the Association has the right to block with immediate effect, temporarily or permanently, access to the user account involved in the prohibited activity, without this to limit the right of the association to appeal to the legal pathways to obtains the repair of any damages produced as a result of the activity through the user account.
In all situations where to use the platform or function there is a price payment obligation, users are required to pay the requested price to use the platform / platform function.
The user responds to the association and / or third parties for breach of the obligations assumed by this document, being obliged to repair any injury (including unrealized benefit) caused by them.
Although we want to provide users with a continuous and stable online service, the association does not guarantee that the platform will work uninterrupted / continuously and / or ideal technical parameters without errors. Any interruption of platform officials and / or any limited or difficult operating of the platform will not be imputed by users of the association, the latter having no obligation to compensate for users in any circumstances.
In this context, users understand and accept that for certain periods of time the platform may become unusable or, as a matter of case, in part, in vary, reasons such as: maintenance work, servers and / or other technical issues and / or other issues.
At the same time, although the association is committed to ensuring uninterrupted and safe experience within the platform, it does not guarantee users that the access and use of the platform is out of any risk and does not assume any responsibility for any damages that it would suffer the user as a result of using the application.

As a consequence, the user uses the platform at their own risk, the association can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use or access to the platform or as a result of the use of the information within it.
Platform can be accessed at address https://www.startarium.ro. We do not assume responsibility when the user accesses the platform on another web domain.
The platform is made available to users 'as is' (as it is). As a consequence, although the association will make reasonable efforts to develop the platform, providing technical maintenance and repair of any technical issue, the association does not provide guarantee and / or maintenance services and / or technical support to users.
At the same time, users can not ask the association to develop new functionalities and / or return to functionalities that the association decided to give up. The association is not responsible for the actions of any user or third party carried out inside the platform or outside it, based on the information acquired within it.
The association does not respond in any circumstances about the events, products or services promoted through the platform or on the members of the platform, their interaction and their interaction with mentors.
Any links to other sites are provided for increased information accessibility, and the Association does not assume any responsibility or responsibility for the content of these sites, for products or services promoted or marketed through these sites.
In any situation where the liability of the association or its partners could be committed, they only respond to the price limit paid by the user for the use of the platform, if a price was paid by users. In any situation, its association and partners can not be held accountable and are not obliged to repair any damage, injury, unrealized benefits, whatever they were caused to users and / or third parties.
The Association and its Partners hold all intellectual property rights over the platform (including source code, design elements) as well as on the platform logo. Users undertake to respect the intellectual property rights of the association as well as other people who may have intellectual property rights and do not carry out any action by which they were violated.
The association collects users' personal data within the limits, purposes and conditions provided in T & C and / or Privacy Policy. By accessing and using the platform, as well as by creating the user account, the user grants the association the right to storage and processing of personal data entered in the platform. The provisions of the Privacy Policy apply appropriately.
The user understands and accepts that by creating a public profile within the platform (which will be available in the 'Observatory' category) and / or by posting comments, or by case of text, photo, audio or video or other such within the platform ( When this is allowed), this information will be publicly available within the platform and will be visible / can be accessed by all platform users.
The user is alone and fully responsible for the content of the information / materials it makes publicly available in the platform, as well as respect for third party copyright. At the same time, the association does not guarantee that this information / materials will be permanently stored on its servers, the user having the obligation to back up any of the materials it makes available in the platform.
The user can delete the created public profile at any time. At the same time, the user can delete the materials he has made in the platform, unless he has been brought before the material uploading that they can not be withdrawn from the platform.
The association reserves the right to request users to eliminate in whole or in part or in part to amend the information or materials uploaded within the platform if the association considers that they violate copyrights, any other legal provisions or present T & C. The Association does not guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of data available within the 'Observatory' category and does not guarantee that users listed under the 'Observatory' category will always be contacted by using their public contact data.
These rules are completed with the other provisions of T & C.
The user can access the 'Videoteca' and 'Articles' categories available within the platform for the purpose of informing and / or acquiring new knowledge in entrepreneurship, startups and related fields.
The user understands that available articles and videos in these categories are copyrighted. As a consequence, the user undertakes to respect copyrights and not copy video and / or video materials in whole or in part and not to upload any other website (or any other place) without prior consent Written of the Association and / or Copyright Holder.
The user can comment in the basement of articles and / or videos only if it uses appropriate language and the comment is closely connected with the content of the articles / videos. At the same time, it is forbidden to promote the user of any sites, products or services in the comments. Violation of these rules will be sanctioned by deleting comments and / or suspending / deleting the user account.
The association reserves the right to add or eliminate at any time and without prior notification of users or videos.
The user understands and accepts that the opinions expressed and the information delivered through the articles and videos are fully belonging to their author. The association is in no case responsible for the content of these opinions and information, users being fully and uniquely responsible for using these opinions / information as well as for the consequences of their use.
These rules are completed with the other provisions of T & C.
The association provides users with the 'Events' category available within the platform, information on a series of events to be held in Bucharest and other cities of the country and / or as appropriate outside the country for the sole purpose of informing users.
Users understand and accept that the information found in the 'Events' category is taken over by the third party association. The Association does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of this information, users being forced to check their concrete data on the events sites. At the same time, the Association does not assume responsibility when an event is postponed or canceled, nor if the price of participation in the event differs from the price mentioned in the platform.
By presenting certain events within the platform, the association does not guarantee for them. Users are exclusively responsible for the decision to participate or not to one or more events as well as the consequences of such participation.
The association does not provide preferential conditions for participation in public events within the platform unless it is done on the page of a particular event. Signing up to events and / or payment of the participation ticket can not be carried out within the platform unless such an option is found on the page of a particular event. As a consequence, registration at any event is usually done on the official site of the event and not within the platform.
The association reserves the right to include in the category 'Events' only certain events, which it considers it appropriate in relation to the purpose of the platform.
These rules are completed with the other provisions of T & C.
Through the 'Laboratory' category, available within the platform, the Association provides users with a tool for building and presenting business ideas, creating a canvas business and teamwork.
The Association respects users' copyrights on business ideas and / or projects developed by them in the 'laboratory' category in the situation where they are protected by copyright law. The association will not claim copyright for an idea or project developed by users in the 'Laboratory' category.
The user understands and accepts that any business idea or project that will be enrolled and / or developed in the 'Labotaror' category becomes public and can be consulted by other platform users, except where the user chose not to make this public Idea, to the extent that an option is available in the 'Laboratory' category.
The association does not respond in any circumstances whether the idea of business or the project enrolled or developed within the 'laboratory' category is copied by another user. In this respect, users understand that business ideas are not unique and that any third party (including the association) are entitled to develop similar projects, as long as users' copyrights (as they come from law) are not violated.
At the same time, the user understands that the provision of the instrument called 'Business Canvas' does not give any guarantee on the success of the business idea. The 'Business Canvas' tool is made available to users with didactic and informative purposes, the association not in any case the responsibility for its use and / or the consequences of this use.
These rules are completed with the other provisions of T & C.
The association provides users with access to a series of mentors within the category of the same name within the platform.
In order to benefit from mentoring, the user must enter the required details of a business idea within the platform.
The user will apply to obtain a mentor in the mentoring sessions, as they will be opened periodically within the platform. The user does not have the opportunity to choose the desired mentor, allotment to a mentor being decided by the association.
The association will try to provide users with access to the right mentors in the business idea and the needs of users. However, the association does not in any case have a result obligation, the allocation of a mentor depending on a number of factors such as: number, specialization and loading rate of each mentor, the number of users applying for mentoring and / or other criteria. Therefore, the association does not guarantee that each user will be assigned a mentor and the association does not guarantee that users will always receive the desired mentors and / or the term in which the mentor can be allocated.
The user can not receive access to more than one mentor / session. The mentoring sessions are free of charge and will take place online or offline, in the place and date / dates that the user and the mentor will decide by common accord. The number of mentorship sessions will also be decided by the user and mentor.
The association will not intervene in the relationship between the user and the mentor. The association does not make available space for meetings or other similar resources.
Both the user and the mentor may decide at any time to suspend or cease mentoring sessions. The association will in no case be responsible in such a situation. The user undertakes to participate in all mentoring sessions and in the situation where he wishes to suspend / cease participating in them to announce the mentor and the association at least 7 days before. Otherwise, the association may decide not to allocate other mentors to the user through the platform.
All discussions between the user and mentors are confidential. The user participates in mentoring meetings on his own responsibility and applies the mentor's advice on his own responsibility. Under no circumstances, the association will be responsible for the relationship between the user and the mentor and / or for the exchange of information carried out in these meetings and / or the consequences of the user's advice received from the mentor.
The association does not guarantee that as a result of participation in mentoring sessions, the user's business idea can be implemented and / or will be successful.
The purpose of mentoring meetings is exclusively transmitting feedback from the mentor to the user, regarding the idea of business.
These rules are completed with the other provisions of T & C.
The Association provides users with access to a number of investors in the category of the same name in the platform. In order to avoid any doubt, by 'access to investors', the parties will only understand the user's introduction to the investor, namely to know the investor of the business idea of the user and his contact data, and the investor can contact the user If he wants.
In order to be able to benefit from this option, the user must score the requested details of a business idea within the platform.
The user will apply for access to investors within the platform. The user does not have the opportunity to choose the desired investor, the allocation process being made by the association.
The association will try to provide users with access to similar investors in terms of business idea and user needs. However, the Association does not in any case have a result obligation, contacting users with investors depending on a number of factors such as: number, specialization and load rate of each investor, the number of users requesting access to investors, The idea of business presented and / or other criteria. So the association does not guarantee that each user will receive access to investors and does not guarantee that users will always receive access to the desired investors and / or the term in which this will be achieved.
The association will not intervene in the relationship between the user and investors. The association does not make available space for meetings or other similar resources.
All discussions between the user and investors are confidential, and the association will not be usually involved in these discussions.
The association does not guarantee that as a result of contacting users with investors, the business idea / business of the user will get a funding, or that their business ideas will be successful. The Association does not guarantee in any way for the person of investors or for the result of collaboration between them and users. Consequently, it is advisable to users to carry out any discussions or negotiations and, as appropriate, to accept investors' funding in compliance with legal provisions and, as appropriate, by consulting a lawyer.
The association can not be held in any case responsible for the relationship between users and investors, users being fully and exclusively responsible for investor discussions for disclosure of any confidential information to them, for accepting any investment from them and / or for the conclusion of any acts Legal with them etc.

This document is written in Romanian and will be interpreted according to the understanding of the meaning of its terms in Romanian.
This document is governed by Romanian incident legislation. Any dispute derived from or in connection with the installation and / or use of the platform shall be subject to the competent courts at the headquarters of the Association.
This document has been approved on the date of 11.10.2016 and will produce its effects starting with the date of 11.10.2016.
The Association reserves the right to modify the provisions of this document at any time. The new provisions will apply to all users, regardless of the date of creation of the user account.
