Creative industries are crucial for the European economy. They employed 7.4 million people across the EU27 in 2019, which represented 3.7% of all employment. In 2017, there were 1.1 million cultural and creative enterprises in the EU27, generating €145 bn of value-added.
The impact of technologies and digital services on people's mental, physical, and emotional health is known as digital wellbeing. One of the aspects in our digital capabilities framework is digital wellbeing - an aspect we should all pay more attention to, as way it impacts our lives is far more intricate than it generally seems.

Design Thinking is based on a strong desire to learn more about the people for whom we are making goods or services. It enables us to observe and empathize with the target user. Whenver building anything digital - but its uses go beyond digital - you should consider applying its principles.
